Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can start your 14-day free trial with just your email. No credit card, no commitment. If LimoCrew is not for you, simply don't continue — no charges, no questions.
Why do I need a company registered for the system to work?
You don't need it — the system works perfectly even if your companies are not registered on LimoCrew. With Pro plan you can sync everything via Google Calendar, and with Lite plan you add jobs manually. When companies you work with also register, jobs flow automatically and you save even more time. But your business runs on LimoCrew either way.
Can a driver work with multiple companies?
Yes — and this is one of the things that makes LimoCrew different. Drivers connect with as many companies as they want. All jobs from all companies show up in one dashboard. No more switching apps or missing messages.
How is LimoCrew different from other limo platforms?
Most platforms are built for big operations with employee drivers and company-owned fleets. LimoCrew is built for the opposite: independent drivers who work with multiple companies, and small/medium companies that work with independent drivers. Does LimoCrew process credit card payments?

Can I send jobs to drivers in other cities?
Yes. With the Pro plan you can send jobs to your driver list — including drivers in other cities — or to partner companies in your B2B network in other markets. Your client never knows it's a different driver — they see your brand.
Does LimoCrew work like a real mobile app?
Yes. LimoCrew is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — open it on your phone's browser and tap 'Add to Home Screen'. It installs like a native app with push notifications, offline mode and home screen icon. No App Store needed. Works on iPhone, Android and desktop.
Can I change my plan after signing up?
Yes, anytime from your settings. Upgrade and you get access to new features immediately (with a prorated charge for the remaining time). Downgrade and the change applies at the end of your current billing period — no money lost.
What happens if my payment fails?
We give you 7 days to update your card. During that time we automatically retry the payment, send you reminders and show a banner in your portal. After 7 days, if the payment still fails, your account is paused — but your data stays safe. Update your card and you're back instantly.
Do other companies need to be registered for me to use LimoCrew?
No. LimoCrew works on day one even if you're the only one in your network using it. Drivers can add jobs manually or sync with Google Calendar (Pro plan). Companies can manage all their operations regardless of whether their drivers are on LimoCrew. When others join, things get automatic — but you don't need to wait for them.
Can I do business with other companies on LimoCrew?
Yes — that's what B2B is for (Pro and Enterprise plans). You can connect with other companies in your network, send them overflow jobs, receive their overflow, chat directly with them and track payments between companies. It's like having affiliate partners but built into the same platform you already use.
Can I receive jobs from other companies?
Yes. As a driver, you connect with as many companies as you want — they send you jobs and you accept or decline. As a company on Pro plan, you can also receive overflow jobs from partner companies through the B2B feature. More jobs without more clients to chase.
How many drivers and accounts can I have on Enterprise?
Unlimited. Enterprise has no caps on the number of independent drivers in your favorites, employee drivers with their own login (Staff Portal), or vehicles in your fleet. Add as many as your business needs — the price stays the same.
What's the difference between independent drivers and employee drivers?
Independent drivers have their own LimoCrew account, work with multiple companies, and accept jobs from anyone — they're partners. Employee drivers (Enterprise only, via Staff Portal) work exclusively for one company, get an account created by that company, and only see jobs from their employer. Most LimoCrew companies use a mix of both: a few employees plus a network of independent drivers for overflow.
I'm a driver — can I also have my own small company on LimoCrew?
Yes. Many of our users are owner-operators: they drive themselves AND have a small company brand. You can register both as a driver and as a company with separate logins. Drivers Pro plan also includes dispatcher tools so you can post jobs and have your own driver network — without the complexity of managing a full company.
How fast do you respond to support requests?
